Stapled, folded or otherwise difficult documents (including those with clips or in plastic sleeves) incur a 50% surcharge
A4 document price examples
41 × €0.12 = €4.92, below the minimum, so the €5 minimum charge applies (€6.15 incl. VAT).
Scanning: 200 × €0.12 = €24. OCR: 200 × €0.06 = €12. Total: €36 + VAT (€44.28 incl. VAT), for loose, unstapled documents.

How do I drop off and collect my documents?
You can drop off documents in person in Odivelas or Lumiar, or send them by post or courier. For Lumiar, contact us to arrange drop-off and collection. Scanned files are provided by email, cloud or USB drive. Contact us to arrange the return of originals sent to us.
Is there a surcharge for stapled documents?
Yes. Stapled, folded or otherwise difficult documents, including those with clips or in plastic sleeves, incur a 50% surcharge.
Which file formats can I request?
We offer PDF, Word or Excel. Tell us which format you prefer when requesting a quote.
How long does it take?
Standard jobs are usually ready the same day. Books or larger volumes may take a few days or weeks. Tell us your required date so we can confirm the timeframe.
How are my documents handled?
We handle your documents discreetly and use them to carry out the requested service. Before we begin, we agree with you how you will receive the scanned files and how we will return the originals. Files are deleted. If your documents contain sensitive information, please contact us so we can discuss the details.
